"To Whom It May Concern: Selling a home is not an easy process, and it is even harder when you have no idea what is in store through out the process. My situation is a little different from the normal sale of a home and I feel it is important to explain my experience.
My father purchased the home for me 13 years ago so that I could have a good start and to get me out of apartment living. Through bad decisions on my part, I allowed myself to get into serious financial problems. I kept these problems a secret from my father, who was dying of cancer. Throughout his entire illness, I managed to keep my problems my own until he passed away in February of 2006.
The only thing left for me to do was to sell the house and pay off the debts that I had made and clear my name. I had inquired to several realtors about this and my situation, and believe it or not, only one person answered my questions.
Tina Walsh e-mailed me right away and she helped me with financial questions even before I made the decision to sell the home.
Through-out the process of putting it on the market and having open house, Tina was wonderful from start to finish. She explained what I needed to do to get the Home ready for sale, and ways to improve the inside look, without costing a lot of money.
She helped me from start to finish, from the sale to my new residence. She also made sure that everything that I owed was paid off, and she kept me sane as well.
